SUMMARY:Dimensions 2025 Exhibition
DESCRIPTION:The final selected works for Dimensions 2025 will be on display in SCC Gallery from May 31st to August 23rd! \nDimensions is the Saskatchewan Craft Council’s open\, juried exhibition which encourages and rewards excellence in handcrafted artwork. Dimensions programming aims to celebrate Saskatchewan craft by nurturing meaningful connections\, community\, education\, and artistic development. A cornerstone program of the Saskatchewan Craft Council\, the Dimensions exhibition has been held since the early 1970s. \nFor Dimensions 2025\, we had 222 pieces submitted by artists in Saskatchewan\, which was a record number of submissions. In April 2025\, this year’s Jurors Brendan Lee Satish Tang and Wally Dion initially selected 60 works to move onto the next round of jurying. Then in early May\, they will narrow this list down further for the final exhibition. On Saturday\, May 10th\, the selected works and the winners of the accompanying awards will be announced. This exhibition is an excellent representation of the high quality artwork that is being created here in our province in 2025!
