The Board of Directors of the Saskatchewan Craft Council announces the retirement of Carmen Milenkovic, our long serving Executive Director, on November 14.

Carmen has served the SCC for more than eleven years following a varied and accomplished career in the arts and the business sectors. Throughout her tenure Carmen has worked with leadership and commitment in the service of craft and Saskatchewan’s craft artists. SCC’s exhibitions, programs, and services are a major feature in our cultural life, thanks in great part to Carmen and her creative team.

Carmen, we will miss your passionate approach to the work of craft artists, your expansive vision, and your energy in bringing this work to the people of the province. Thank you so much from all of us in our community.

Cindy Hoppe
Board President
Saskatchewan Craft Council

Well wishes to Carmen can be shared on SCC’s posts on Facebook and Instagram. Our staff will ensure she receives your comments.
