WinterGreen Re-imagined
For 48 years, WinterGreen Fine Craft Market brought together Regina’s vibrant community of fine craft lovers. After a moment of reflection and renewal, we’ve shifted the event to present Craft Is… Fine Craft Market, a modern evolution of that legacy. This re-imagined market honours the spirit of WinterGreen, while embracing a new energy, new audiences, and new opportunities to celebrate craftspeople and their work.

Together, we’re transforming the REAL District in Regina into a vibrant hub of art and fine craft — all under one roof.
Art Now, the only art fair in the prairies, provides local, national, and international art galleries the opportunity to display the artwork of established and emerging artists from across Canada at a highly professional venue. The show features an opening night reception, artist talks, family programming, and more.
On top of presenting Craft Is, Saskatchewan Craft Council will also have a booth displaying the work of many of our Saskatchewan artist members in a gallery-style booth.

Craft Is… 2024 Recap
Saskatchewan Craft Council’s inaugural Craft Is… Fine Craft Market was held at Prairieland Park in Saskatoon from September 19 to 22, 2024. This market replaced our long-running WinterGreen Fine Craft Market, which was annually held in Regina each November. In 2024, the SCC joined forces with SaskGalleries to present Art Now Fine Art Fair and Craft Is… together! Both organizations share similar audiences, so we agreed to create a large and dynamic art event that celebrated fine craft and visual art, alternating between Regina and Saskatoon.
2,500 visitors attended the event over its 3.5 days, launched by a high-end reception. The SCC not only had an Art Now gallery booth featuring fine craft, we also gave our professional members the opportunity to showcase their work in our three-day market Craft Is… Show + Sale. The average daily sales of our marketers was $518 per day. The results were strong, especially since this was the first year of this event.
