Jack Wylie

Spending much of my life involved in the lumber industry, I have always had an interest in woodworking. Lathe work caught my eye many years ago, so once my kids grew up, I bought my first lathe. I started turning pens and then, being an avid hunter, I developed my own line of game calls. I soon became interested in making bowls when I joined the South Saskatchewan Woodturners Guild, that interest turned to a passion. It never fails to amaze me how a simple piece of wood can be shaped and finished into something truly amazing.
