An artist member of Chapel Gallery in North Battleford he participated in a Members’ Exhibit there in summer 2019. Regan is also a new 2019 member of Prairie Sculptors Association and is participating in their ongoing group exhibits. Regan has been creating mysterious playful primitive mixed media ornamental masks incorporating clay, seashells, horns, bones, crystals, gemstones, glass, feathers and wood. His vast “Primal Beginnings Collection” of masks are making an indelible impression for their originality. Going viral on Facebook in March of 2020 onto every continent, many countries and cultures are now appreciating Regan’s Art online. With a love of the written word and music, Regan includes a short story and background music with each mask video. With a cross cultural appeal Regan’s Ornamental Masks are truly unique, most are wondering what this prolific sculptor is going to do next….
