Wendy Schmidt

Wendy Schmidt is a 64 year old, self-taught crafter and artist. Growing up on a farm she entertained herself by creating art by using things she would find exploring outside. Seeds, moss, rocks and sticks became works of art according to her mother. As an adult, she always has something on the go. She knits, crochets, does macramé, paints, paper, pulp, art, moss art, and even carving walking sticks. Her latest passion, though is pottery, specializing in flower pots, piggy banks, and pet urns. She welcomes custom pieces, like custom pet urns in the likeness of your pet.
