Dale Lowe
Dale Lowe is a Regina based woodturning artist whose work is strongly influenced by his Saskatchewan roots. Dale was raised in a prairie farm environment and his work reflects the colours, textures, and architecture of the rural and urban spaces in which he has lived. Dale is a juried professional member of the Saskatchewan Craft Council and has had his work accepted in juried exhibitions in Saskatchewan and Alberta. Dale truly enjoys the process and challenge of creating special pieces that can be enjoyed as fine art. He believes that art made with wood inspires the observer to touch the pieces and engage in the intimate experience of holding finely crafted work. His pieces are in private collections in Canada, Mexico, and in Dubai, and was even given as a gift from the Government of Canada to Queen Elizabeth II.
