Marketer Booth Application 2018 – Single Marketer Booth

WinterGreen is the only craft market in Regina where each and every exhibitor has passed the rigorous jury process of the Saskatchewan Craft Council. The SCC has set a standard of superior quality that is recognized across the country. The juried status of each member at SCC markets, assures that only the highest quality craft will be on display. Purchasers of these craft items walk away with truly original, handmade work by local craft artists.

Food Marketers must be Affiliated Members. The SCC will request proof of either provincial food safety certification, membership in the Saskatchewan Food Producer’s Association, or other similar provincial membership.

New for 2018: Booth-share Programme

This year’s WinterGreen will support the opportunity to Booth-share. Booth share can be submitted by any Professional Craftsperson working with another Professional Craftsperson. You may also consider working with an Emerging Artist, pending a review by Alexa.

Benefits of a Booth-share:

  • Alleviate booth costs and be able to take breaks when needed;
  • Create a more open environment for shoppers (have a fresh look); and
  • Great opportunity to bring new artists to WinterGreen, with the benefits of a mentorship.

To qualify for Booth-share Programme please fill out the Shared Marketer Booth Application.

Include:

  1. 200 word statement that describes how the collaboration will complement each other’s Fine Craft; and
  2. Drawing or diagram of how the space will be designed, considering your products, tables, shelves and banners.

There are only five shared booth spaces available. Two Marketers per booth –10x18ft booth size. Applications must be approved by WinterGreen Market Coordinator Alexa Hainsworth.

New for 2018: Win a Shopping Spree!

Marketers’ booth fees include a $10 contribution to a shopping spree giveaway. The winner will spend the money in any booth(s) at WinterGreen and will be accompanied by a personal shopper who will provide a guided tour of the event. This program replaces the “donation to a door prize” program.

Continuing in 2018

Sip and Shop on Friday evening, live musical entertainment from Saskatchewan performers, as well as craft demonstrations.
