I work in my stained glass studio creating many one-of-a-kind pieces. I do traditional stained glass, but my most unique pieces are 3D inspired using found, recycled and re-purposed items. A lot of my art captures the nostalgia of fond memories and gentler days in rural Saskatchewan.
After working in glass since 1989, I continue to find satisfaction in expressing new ideas in light, colour, texture and emotion. I opened my studio Heart Warmers Arts and Crafts in 1993. I enjoy traveling to a number of craft shows and the excitement of bringing to life the ideas of individual clients.
Each creation is as individual as the glass it is cut from; all are one-of-a-kind items to be cherished.
I am proud to be a juried member of the Saskatchewan Craft Council since 2000. I have been an exhibitor at Wintergreen (Regina), Handcraft Festival (Battleford), and many other shows every year.
